Client Responsibilities

• Clients must follow guide instructions and local laws at all times.
• Respect for local culture, environment, and wildlife is mandatory.

Force Majeure

• We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, pandemics, or other events beyond our control.

Governing Law

• All disputes shall be governed by the laws of Nepal and resolved under Nepalese jurisdiction.
