Itinerary

Day 1: Arrive in Kathmandu, prep for trek.
Day 2: Fly to Lukla (2,840m), trek to Phakding (2,610m).

Day 4: Acclimatization in Namche (hike to Everest View Hotel).
Day 5: Namche to Dole (4,200m).
Day 6: Dole to Machhermo (4,470m).
Day 7: Machhermo to Gokyo (4,790m), explore 1st & 2nd Lakes.
Day 8: Highlight: Climb Gokyo Ri (5,357m) for sunrise/panoramic views, maybe visit 3rd/4th Lakes; overnight back in Gokyo or descend to Machhermo.
Day 9: Gokyo to Dole/Namche (descend).
Day 10: Namche to Lukla (descend).
Day 11: Fly Lukla to Kathmandu.
